Since the 1990s, the Su family has owned and operated Shanghai Garden, a restaurant nestled in the heart of Seattle’s International District. Together, the family cooks up healthy, but decidedly delicious versions of traditional Chinese dishes, including soups with hand-shaved noodles and steamed dumplings.
